Necessary Qualifications:

  • 18 years or older
  • Possessing the foundational social skills and learning capacity to become an expert on our product and be eager to talk about it
  • Customer service experience and aptitude
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated and hard working
  • Pleasant relational skills for serving in a supportive role

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 21 years or older
  • Able to lift a half barrel keg or 50 liter keg (180-200lbs)

  • Extensive knowledge of craft beer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure top quality service to patrons

  • Communicate brand and beer knowledge

  • Adhere to health and liquor regulations

  • Maintain clean and inviting environment

  • Communicate food orders to kitchen, deliver food to patrons, bus tables, alternate with other staff to work in kitchen following directions to make consistent quality food products

  • Supportother team members with respect and generosity

    May be involved in a supportive role for special events either at the taproom or at outside events like beer festivals

 

Pay:

  • Entry level servers are paid $8.00/hr plus tips. Tips accumulated during your shift are shared equally between all servers working that same duration, and credit card tips are paid out with payroll.

 

Working Conditions:

This position requires an individual who works under a range of circumstances, including: shift work, weekend work, working with challenging patrons, and working in the fast-paced environment of a crowded taproom
